Vice President/Project Director leading a team of PM/CM professionals on the delivery of the Kedren Children\'s Village project. Kedren Community Health Center, Inc. is a nonprofit organization founded in 1965 in South Los Angeles. Ever since its founding, the vision of Kedren has been to reduce disparities in access to healthcare services in disadvantaged communities and reduce poor health outcomes in chronic/acute illnesses that disproportionately affect economically-disadvantaged and ethnically diverse children, youth, individuals and families. Furthermore, Kedren continually develops and implements research-based, best clinical practices in targeted treatment interventions. The goal of Kedren’s Children’s Village is to relocate, consolidate, and expand Kedren’s children’s mental health and ancillary services into a single-site, holistic, one-stop medical home with wrap around services to tackle poverty at its roots and fulfill their mission and vision. The priority population is children ages 5-12 in the Los Angeles area. The project includes an Acute Psychiatric Care Inpatient Hospital, Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic, Primary Care Medical Clinic and a transitional housing component. This project will be delivered utilizing a Progressive Design-Build project delivery methodology.
