I am a Newly Qualified Solicitor with over three years of experience in property law, having trained at Gorvins Residential LLP. During my training, I gained extensive experience managing Freehold and Leasehold transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity, handling matters from instruction through completion and post-completion, while maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders.My experience has allowed me to develop strong transactional skills, including drafting and reviewing legal documentation, conducting due diligence, managing transaction timelines, and liaising with clients, lenders, and other professional advisers. These skills are directly transferable to commercial property, corporate, and real estate finance work.Having built a solid foundation in property law, I am now developing my career in a commercial property context, joining McHale & Co as a Commercial Property Solicitor. I am excited to apply my transactional experience to higher-value and more complex matters and contribute to successful client outcomes within collaborative teams.I am committed to providing accurate, practical, and client-focused advice and to continuously expanding my knowledge and network within the commercial property and corporate sectors.
