Project Management - from inception to execution of broadcast booking entity. As head of International Production, I oversee and manage a service orientated department that books production facilities and support all program streams of AlHurra output. Developed and implemented standard operational procedures (SOP) so as to establish a booking department to support broadcast service requirements for all departments. The scope of this booking entity spans a wide range of services; managing and coordinating transmission resources from remote locations. Deploying resource facilities - ENG crews, mobile up-link units, and studio bookings. The department I manage also established a comprehensive system to facilitate the inflow of video content via ftp, web stream, Dropbox, and other data transfer platforms. Oversee and manage Alhurra TV six production hubs in the Middle East.and Europe. Starting in 2012, Alhurra initiated an expansion policy of opening full standalone production hubs; staffed and equipped with multi-camera and single camera live shot capabilities. These production hubs are also equipped with non-linear editing suits (Adobe Premiere platforms) for newsgathering post production as well as long-form post production.
