As part of the Group Finance team, I’m responsible for delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting to support business performance across multiple entities within BES Group. My role involves: • Leading the month-end process, including journals, accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis. • Managing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial statements. • Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing key financial insights to senior management. • Partnering with operational teams to analyse performance and drive efficiencies. • Continuously improving financial processes and controls in line with group standards.BES Group is a leading provider of testing, inspection, and certification services — helping clients manage risk and ensure safety and compliance across engineering and infrastructure sectors.
