As the OIC of the Recruiting Operations Branch, I am responsible for guiding the recruitment, retention, and incentive management of employees across the entire Army National Guard. I develop, refine, and implement onboarding policies for over new employees each year. Additionally, I identify and analyze recruiting issues to ensure that programs function effectively and make recommendations to correct any problems. I participate in recruiting activities to increase public awareness of the programs available. Roughly 20 employees report directly to me, which manages another 150 personnel across the United States. I am responsible for improving employee work satisfaction and ensuring that the organization is following all onboarding federal regulations.
