My role involves:Building Connections: I collaborate with hospitality professionals, business leaders, and service providers, connecting them with opportunities and resources that enhance their offerings and elevate guest experiences.Chapter Growth and Outreach: I am actively involved in growing the chapter’s presence, recruiting new members, and strengthening relationships with affiliates. Through these efforts, we expand our reach and influence, bringing the benefits of NCA membership to a wider audience.Event Coordination: One of my key responsibilities is organizing and facilitating high-profile events, networking opportunities, and educational sessions for our members. These initiatives provide invaluable insights and resources to our members and affiliates while enhancing engagement.Partnerships and Collaboration: I leverage my role to identify and establish strategic partnerships that align with the NCA’s mission. This also extends to my work with BE LUX AI, allowing me to integrate innovative technology solutions into hospitality and concierge services.Innovation & Leadership: I strive to introduce new ideas and methodologies to help our members stay ahead in a rapidly changing industry.
