Provide vision to help IPHI continue its strategic growth and public health leadership in the promotion of multi-sector data-sharing to address social determinants and pursue health equity. In addition, also co-direct the Data Across Sectors for Health (DASH) program, in partnership with the Michigan Public Health Institute. DASH works with communities throughout the country to build local capacity for multi-sector data-sharing, while simultaneously building the evidence base to inform a national movement. Through DASH, organizations from the health care, public health and social services sectors are developing approaches to share and integrate their data to improve the health of their communities, promote health equity, and contribute to a Culture of Health. Funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the DASH Program Office, is led by the Illinois Public Health Institute (IPHI) in partnership with the Michigan Public Health Institute (MPHI).
