You can only ignite in others the fire that burns in yourself.\" This mantra has guided me for many years, and it still captures best why I do what I do. For more than 20 years my career has revolved around one key question:\"How do we turn digital into meaningful customer relationships, not just another sales channel?\" My journey started on the retail side at Office Depot, building E-Commerce when most companies were still running print catalogs. Since then I moved to the manufacturer side. At Sigel as Manager E-Business, as Head of E-Business at AL-KO, then as Director Digital Marketing & Consumer Engagement at GARDENA and today as Vice President E-Commerce Europe at Husqvarna Group and part of the european Sales Leadership Team.Together with an awesome team we are rebuilding Husqvarna\'s European Commerce engine from the ground up. A dedicated legal entity, a modern international Salesforce TechStack, new channels like Marketplaces and all supported through modern Marketing Methods like Retail Media and Influencer Marketing. Above all a new way of collaborating across Sales, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain and everyone else in the company. A few beliefs I hold strongly: Digital doesn\'t live in a silo. The moment you isolate it, you lose. On the manufacturer side, E-Commerce isn\'t just another sales channel. It\'s about building direct, meaningful relationships with the end customer. Execution beats theory. I prefer Pioneers over Experts, and people who prove things through results.
