Clover is a leading cloud-based point-of-sale (POS) platform which includes software (Android tablet, mobile and web), custom hardware, and an app market developer platform. USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCH I have built up the user research practice at Clover from solo researcher, and work closely with the Design Team, Product Management, Software and Hardware engineering. My mantra is to Channel the Merchant, who are our customers, and do this through formal studies - usability testing, contextual inquiry, online surveys - as well as informal drop-in visits. CONTENT MANAGEMENT (20••••17) I helped launch and managed the Clover content team, which writes product and customer-facing copy. I set up content creation processes for release notes, help support, newsletters and UX writing.
