Deployment Job SpecConsulting our internal clients on the needs for their internal IT infrastructure• Managing the cost requirement and final budget• Raising orders with various telecommunications companies and managing the order through to completion• On-site survey with sub-contractors for installation of data cabling• Managing all suppliers for ICT and AV requirements of the on-site project teams• Liaising with the technical team to explain the technical install requirements and ensuring they meet the target dates and the strict standards• Respond to incidents and problems in a timely manner within agreed business SLA’s• Service Matter Expert – Work on underlying issues and help to provide solutions and feed back into the team therefore growing the knowledge of other team members • Work with and assist the IT Service Desk Team with information handover on the offices they will support• Ensure that all information is available for maintenance agreements and that all project setup controls are adhered too• Support desk moves at London HQ or other project offices, when required.• Adhere to the ISO27001 information security accreditation• 360 degree communications is key to this role ensuring senior project leads are aware of any constraints there maybe to deliver IT infrastructure and internet service to temporary or permanent offices• Ensure documentation associated to the IT site setup is maintained and filed• Hold post site setup reviews with senior project lead to capture any lessons learned which should feed into delivering a quality service
