Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates.• Hiring Candidates as per the organization’s requirement.• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs • Develop job descriptions, and provide guidance on recruitment best practices• Sourcing and identifying candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals• Review resumes and applications to screen candidates• Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidates• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels• Assessing candidates through interviews, assessments, or other evaluation methods.• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process and providing updates• ⁠Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system• Manage future pipeline, recruitment workflows, and generate reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate quality.• Getting up candidates\' profiles in the ATS and following up as per guidelines.• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the internal hiring process.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.• Share the Technical and Recruitment/HR existing technical questions using the templates via the share point.
