ABOUT WAJHAT ALI

I obtained my Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering from \"City University of Science and Technology Pakistan\" and later assumed the role of a lab engineer, where I taught Surveying and Building Information Modeling (BIM) using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and RSA.In September 2019, I received a prestigious, fully funded scholarship for a Master\'s Degree in Construction Management at Xi\'an University of Technology, China. Under the guidance of Professor Dr. Zhu Jiwei, I completed my master\'s degree in June 2022. During this time, I not only excelled academically but also made significant contributions, including publishing research and successfully managing projects related to BIM.My journey in the academic realm has equipped me with extensive knowledge and practical experience in the application of BIM in construction projects, a journey that began during my undergraduate studies. In addition, I have amassed invaluable market experience in Real Estate Development in both Pakistan and China.My professional journey also includes working with OJS Constructors & Builders, where I contributed to various projects until April 2023. Currently, I am dedicated to my academic pursuits as a PhD student at Massey University in Auckland, New Zealand.I have consistently thrived on embracing new challenges and opportunities. Notably, I have been recognized as a scholarship winner for both my Master\'s and PhD endeavors. Alongside my academic pursuits, I manage my own company, Legacy Real Estate. Furthermore, I am actively involved as a Research Assistant at Massey University, where I make contributions to an exciting AI-inclusive home design project.
