I’m Wainwright Yu, technology executive, leadership coach, and advocate for mindful, compassionate leadership in the modern workplace.As General Manager for Amazon\'s externalized fulfillment services—Buy with Prime and Multichannel Fulfillment—I lead diverse global teams across sales, marketing, pricing, business operations, intelligence, and science. In this role, I help businesses accelerate growth across all of their sales channels through the use of Amazon’s externalized supply chain and e-commerce capabilities.Over my 13+ years at Amazon, I’ve launched products across Kindle, Amazon Logistics, and Amazon Hub, while also contributing as a trainer in Amazon’s executive development programs. My experience has taught me that the strongest teams flourish not just through strategy, but through compassion and understanding.Parallel to my corporate journey, I founded Curiosity Coach LLC, where I help neurodivergent professionals and high-performing leaders unlock hidden strengths through mindfulness-based leadership and strengths-based coaching. My coaching practice is informed by personal experience, both as a father to four multi-exceptional children and as a scholar-practitioner in cognitive diversity.
