And I equally love the process of getting there - building the teams, nurturing relationships and culture, and implementing critical tools for effective collaboration. I am an excellence-driven and highly adaptable professional with over 30 years of global experience increasing efficiency, productivity, and revenue while effectively managing projects of various sizes in construction, IT, and education. My family and I left for China in 2005 to engage with both business and ministry opportunities in this foreign land. After seventeen years of rich engagements and relationships, we return to our roots in the Pacific Northwest forever changed with a renewed global perspective. I am looking forward to a new challenge in this next season!
