As a qualified sales executive, I have been active as a sales/marketing leader for the past 25 years and have gained extensive, first-hand knowledge at the national and international levels.Since the beginning of my career I have had the opportunity to develop skills in numerous areas of this field. My experience spans topics ranging from developing markets, direct and indirect sales in multinational companies to the broader perspectives of regional head in the EMEA organisation.In each of these positions I was consistently successful in harmonising the requirements of the daily business with the long-term strategic aims of the sales department and its integration into the overall business strategy.Building organisations, implementing structures and managing change are several of my core competencies.
