With over 18 years of diverse experience in finance, credit, risk, recruitment, and entrepreneurship, I am a co-founder of two successful ventures: Myshaa Technologies and Bigtruck. My mission is to provide innovative and effective solutions for talent assessment and logistics management, leveraging my expertise in these domains. At Myshaa Technologies, I co-created a suite of tools that enable experts to meet talent virtually and deliver quality assessments. Our revolutionary digital video platform connects our growing network of expert interviewers with talent, empowering communities and businesses to value skills and create global work opportunities. At Bigtruck, I head the HR and finance department, overseeing the end-to-end IT-based services for road transportation and cargo shipment across India. I manage the people and financial aspects of our interactive mobile application that provides seamless and scalable logistics solutions for every kind of business and enterprise. In both roles, I demonstrate proficiency in understanding and acting upon market trends, building and sustaining relationships, influencing and empowering stakeholders, and achieving superior and measurable results.
