As a Sales Rep at ION, I work directly with homeowners to help them transition to clean, affordable solar energy. My day-to-day involves setting and running in-home appointments, educating clients on the benefits of solar, and guiding them through the process of going solar with confidence. I input all client information into our CRM to ensure accurate tracking and consistent follow-up, while actively managing and nurturing each relationship from first contact through install. This role is fast-paced, people-focused, and commission-driven — combining customer service, energy expertise, and sales strategy to create real impact for both the homeowner and the environment.
