Economist with over 10 years of experience in fiscal policy, taxation, and domestic revenue mobilization (DRM) across Africa, Asia, and ECA. Since 2015, I have worked at the World Bank, leading and contributing to multi-country programs on tax policy reform, expenditure efficiency, wage bill management, SOE reform, and fiscal decentralization.My expertise bridges macroeconomic and microeconomic analysis, including tax microsimulation, forecasting, and econometric modeling using STATA and Python. I have extensive experience providing technical assistance, policy advice, and analytical support to ministries of finance and revenue authorities in developing and fragile states.Passionate about inclusive and efficient fiscal systems, I aim to strengthen countries’ capacity to design and implement evidence-based tax policies that promote growth and equity.I hold a Master’s in International Development Policy (International Taxation) from Duke University, where I also served as an Associate Research Economist. Before joining the World Bank, I gained professional experience with the IFC, UNDP, PwC, and Siam Commercial Bank, combining insights from both public and private sectors.
