Currently working as a Senior Process Engineer on battery materials projects (Cathode, Anode, Battery Recycling, and Li Processing) for Worley clients.Previously worked as an Electrode Manufacturing Engineer at Britishvolt. In this role role I was responsible for leading the development and implementation of efficient and effective Processes in the electrode section to ensure the successful Start of Production, Ramp Up and onward capacity expansion.In my previous role I worked as a process engineer for the battery materials business within Johnson Matthey. In this role my focus was on the scale-up and optimisation of generation processes to manufacture flagship eLNO™ product. Within this role, I was engaged in rigorous process technology ideation, technology scouting, process development/prove-out, scientific understanding underpinning engineering modelling and package development, technology transfer to scale-up and scientific support of commissioning activities.
