Conducting training workshops to maximize the confidence and knowledge of Grohe products and the brand in the MENA region, covering all channels of business (Retail, Wholesale, Projects, Developers, Designers, Installers, OTC, and Ecommerce) both internal and external. Providing product & sales training for all sales channels (over than 1500 Trainee per year) in addition to providing technical workshops for Installers and plumbers among KSA. Conducting training workshops, presentations, and sales meetings online or face-to-face training to support the achievement of the sales targets of the MENA region. Increasing the product knowledge of the Grohe MENA team. Supporting Grohe MENA Sales team to conduct product updates and trainings to the Sales Channels Planning and executing the training plan to influence endorsers. Designing training materials to improve the effectiveness of the sales force through education on products. Identifying and implementing training modules to facilitate effective training for employees and clients. Working with associates to ensure proper communication and complete understanding of GROHE products to all clients, associates and sales staff. Gathering market feedback and sharing with the sales team. Conducting technical workshops and creating installation videos for installers/ plumbers for the assembly and disassembly of products as well as proper installation and maintenance as per the TPI. Support in launching 3 GIVE programs (plumbing schools) in the MENA region.
