Recruited to spearhead the development of an EVMS department as its initial Master Scheduler/Senior Analyst for company’s first major DOD contract award. o Applied EV principles, techniques and decision tools to develop, analyze, status, control and report an Integrated Master Schedule including risk assessment and critical path analysis.o Developed processes and standard work, including on-boarding additional Schedulers/Analysts for new programs.• Developed and managed IMS using a Project Server where Subprojects came from 3 sites in Europe.o Travel to consult and integrate complex interdependencies between Engineering Development, Production, Training & Sustainment systems.o Identify critical relationships and risks to critical Program milestones.• Created and developed additional Master Schedules for two newly awarded DOD contracts.o Applied lessons learned from initial program to identify applicable tools to develop these based on contract and reporting requirements.
