APEGA Geologist with over 25 years of diversified oil and gas experience spanning Canada, the US, and Australian. • 10 years of experience in geological modeling and regulatory applications in its relation to carbon capture and storage (CCS). • For the last two years Wade has been focused on developing seven other confidential commercial CCS projects in California, Louisiana and in Wyoming. Two of these projects have involved Wade leading the development of Class VI EPA permit applications and a California Air Resources Board (CARB) permit application. • Successfully integrates geology with geophysics with a focus on caprock integrity, geomechanics, natural fracture modeling, uncertainty analysis and reservoir characterization while working directly with reservoir engineers and operations staff. • CCS Projects of note include the Illinois Basin Decatur Project (Illinois), ADM Industrial Carbon Capture & Storage Project (Illinois), Clean Energy Systems (California), SaskPower Boundary Dam (Saskatchewan), Kevin Dome Carbon Storage Project (Montana), TransAlta Project Pioneer (Alberta), Carbon Management Canada (Alberta), CarbonNet (Australia), and CCS Nova Scotia (Nova Scotia). • Wade has presented on his work at a range of international CCS conferences and has had his work published in several journals. Wade has provided technical reviewer for the International Journal of Greenhouse Gas Control.
