Wade Vaughn is the Manager of Strategic Projects at Strategic Property Partners, a joint-venture between Jeff Vinik and Cascade Investment. Strategic Property Partners (SPP) is a full-service commercial real estate development firm focused on world-class execution, innovation, and creating high quality and experiential places. Its current project, Water Street Tampa, is a $3B mixed-use development in the heart of downtown Tampa. Before joining SPP, Wade worked as an operations specialist for early-stage, venture-backed startups in San Francisco, helping them grow from seed stage to +$100M valuations. Today, he works across SPP’s organization, leading strategic initiatives in development, asset strategy, and leasing. Born and raised in St. Pete, Florida, Wade has lived and worked in Brazil, Nicaragua, Panama, and Spain. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
