Established the group by first merging related functions of Process Development and Design for Manufacturing (DFM), then grew the team to comprehensively cover all relevant processes and technology that represent core pillars of specialty in the high volume manufacturing of complex electromechanical assemblies. The team drives excellence and innovation in both our products and factories through DFM, DFR (reliability), conceptual definition of equipment, specification and selection of core technology, rigorous proof-of-concept and detailed process development to maturity, stewardship of our knowledge base, and empowerment of all cross-functional teams to execute efficiently.
