I love life and bringing creativity and positivity to my work! I seek ways to uplift my colleagues and customers in our daily interactions and to serve as an example of intentional living.I am currently deeply focused on developing my skillset in Salesforce using Trailhead as I study for the Salesforce Administrator certification. Aiding me in my efforts is the Talent Stacker career development program where I\'m enhancing my network and utilizing a great set of resources to support my learning. I am very impressed by the depth and breadth of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities for handling the needs of businesses large and small! In my prior role as a partner and head of production at Nectar LLC, I engaged in solving a wide variety of challenges every day. Indoor Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) involves a dynamic set of systems such as high-intensity lighting, air conditioning, CO2 injection, automated irrigation, liquid feed injectors, facility power systems, security systems, and human dynamics. Add to this marketing, sales, account acquisition and maintenance, lease negotiations, facility enhancement and maintenance, crop health, and human resources, there was never a day when we didn\'t face significant challenges. That experience required me to grow in many ways and it was an experience I can proudly say will serve my colleagues and customers in my future roles in the Salesforce ecosystem.As a Technical Specialist at Phillips\' Soil Products and as a Consultant at Soil and Plant Laboratory, I gained expertise in gathering critical information to determine client needs, assessing and diagnosing their challenges and problems, analyzing laboratory test data, developing viable solutions to issues, and following through to help clients implement those solutions effectively. All of these skills are an integral part of an effective strategy to implement a Salesforce instance.As I transition into my new career, I\'m excited to explore opportunities to continue developing my skillset while offering my colleagues and customers the highest level of service.
