Leads a remote team of developers who build the customized software and data pipelines necessary to collect information for our customers from the Dark Web and related Open Web sites. Maintains the backlog of opportunities and solutions, organizing them into epics and issues to be developed in an agile development cycle. Interviews customers and stakeholders as part of a process to discover potential opportunities to improve the customer experience and business development of the company. Wrote a Python script which combines information from the sales and marketing side of the company with information gathered on the collection team to produce a score for new collection targets, useful in prioritizing which targets to go after next.
