I am apart of the Global Foundations Program at FedEx. This program gives me the opportunity to rotate among several teams within the marketing department. At the moment, I am currently rotating on the Print and Retail GTM Team. On this team the operations consist of but are not limited to:• Driving consumer engagement through promotional content embedded in tracking notification emails, which reach over 80 million recipients monthly.• Strategically developing and managing a content calendar that promotes key recipient solutions such as FedEx Delivery Manager, FedEx Mobile App, Vacation Hold, and Redirect to Hold.• Leading creative development in partnership with an agency by writing creative briefs, providing strategic direction and feedback, and finalizing assets aligned with the overall Consumer GTM plan.• Collaborating cross-functionally with the Visibility team to deploy content and prepare for enhanced reporting capabilities, enabling data-driven optimization based on engagement metrics.
