Senior financial executive with 30 years of progressively increasing diverse responsibilities.Key contributor to the growth of organizations, as diversified as those with no prior history to those with new business ideas that grow into multi-billion dollar operations. However, just as valuable, have seen and had to deal with organizations that come under intense and immediate liquidity issues and have experience dealing with the sources, symptoms and potential remedies for such events.Past experience includes analyzing and advising companies involved in automotive retailing, commodity trading and marketing, oil and gas exploration and production, petroleum refining and marketing, software development and marketing and the construction and equipment services industries. More recently, I have served clients in capital markets activities, merger and acquisition transactions and financial restructurings. I lead the accounting efforts for several private and public equity and debt offerings, encompassing over $2.5 billion in securities issued, served as interim Chief Accounting Officer for a $1.0 billion public oil and gas exploration and production company and as a restructuring professional for clients in distress.Specialties: Financial restructuring, business process improvement, acquisition due diligence, technical accounting, financial modeling, business plan development, budgeting, forecasting, cash management and SEC reporting.
