   At Rockwell Group, I’ve been a critical part of several international high-end, confidential projects which have included everything from island resorts to a state of the art exhibition center. My duties have involved close collaboration with design teams and consultants on planning, concept design, and set management in Revit. I\'ve played an active role through all stages of the project, from concept design through documentation.I\'ve also had the chance take on more project management and leadership roles involving coordination with consultants, give feed back and design direction to more junior employees, and ensuring the project is meeting clients needs/comments. Recently, as or firm moves more into Revit, I\'ve played an active role on the job training for several members of are studio, being able to bring people\'s skills up to speed quickly to meet the needs of our deadlines.
