With 25 years of healthcare experience, Mr. Hubbard has experience ranging from patient support programs, value proposition analyses, primary and secondary market research, to managed care and hospital contracting, revenue forecasting models, account manager toolkits, and other field-based tools that demonstrate the value of therapies to payers as well as providers. Mr. Hubbard\'s experience ranges across several disease states including opioid use disorder, osteoporosis, oncology (and supportive care), HIV, radio-pharmaceuticals, neurology, and behavioral health drugs. Most recently, Mr. Hubbard has focused on the strategic design, implementation and operations for Indivior’s patient support services including hub operations, field reimbursement, copay assistance as well as provider and patient-focused marketing material. Before joining Indivior, Mr. Hubbard was Vice President of Field Support at Xcenda for 13 years. Prior to Xcenda, he led the financial planning and analysis units of both Aetna, Inc and Prudential Healthcare. In these roles, Mr. Hubbard designed predictive models for pharmacy benefit expenditures and evaluated utilization management strategies. Mr. Hubbard earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta. Mr. Hubbard is also a certified medical office compliance officer.
