Implemented SAP/SuccessFactors - Employee Central. I helped Microsoft move from SAP HR on-prem to Employee Central (150k+ employees / 100+ countries). My role involved- Gathering business requirements and creating business rule in EC - Creating validation processes to compare data converted from SAP HR to EC ensuring accurate deployment and transformation (every employee | every Infotype – portlet | every field (5+ million))- Creating processes to audit SAP HR data before conversion, applying rules that would prevent data from loading in EC (Mock conversions were not sufficient in surfacing SAP HR on-prem errors)- Performing hundreds of data analyses looking at complex data relationships covering – internal system, iCIMS, EC and SAP HR
