WHAT I DO: I help companies automate mechanical processes through the implementation of robotic sub-assemblies. I learn what the application is to then derive from that that technical requirements and ultimately provide the customer with calculated solutions to achieve them. SERVICES I PROVIDE: To ensure customer success, I provide the below with each new application- Calculating System Requirements (force, speed, accuracy, bearings, controls, duty cycles etc.)- Size/Select components that meet those specs (speed, torque, inertia, moment loads etc.)- Providing Solutions (Actuators, Motors, Gearing, Bearings, Drives, Controls etc.)- Assist in the customer\'s design to ensure successful implementation of new products and technologies - Aid in the commissioning and programming of new machines- Provide insights to new technologies to help customers optimize their machine results.WHO I WORK WITH: I help automation companies across California design, build and manufacture OEM equipment.
