Restaurant/Bar owner. Owner of the only Scottish restaurant in Boston. Opened in 2010. Moved to 220 seat former Milky Way space in 2022. Hosted a wide variety of events on and off site ranging from Burns Suppers, Hogmanay events, Industry Spirits tasting dinners, Weddings, Memorial services to Book launches. Delivering events from big to small is now more possible with the move to the new larger space, a 50 seat patio, Assembly room with stage (sound, video, projection available). Video conferencing available too. Creator of DRAMnight - a weekly Scotch Whisky tasting event with guest speakers and music. Dave Broom, Simon Brooking and Jason Cousins amongst others.

   Boston\'s only Scottish Bar and Restaurant -opened in June 2010. Awards including Best of Boston and Improper Bostonian Restaurant/Bar nods. Curated a unique beer listing consisting of exclusively Scottish craft beer paired with Scottish menu. Numerous events include annual Burn\'s Supper, St Andrew\'s Night, Hogmanay, Referendum Party, Beer event partnerships (Pretty Things, Notch, Game of Thrones, Jack\'s Abby) and wedding parties too.Created DRAMnight, a weekly Scotch tasting event.
