ABOUT WADDA SALAH ELDIN
I work at the intersection of AI, orchestration, and human‑centric transformation. Over the last 15+ years, I’ve helped organizations across pharma, consumer, fashion, media, and education redesign how they work—not just their tech stack. My core strategic question today is: What is the operating system for work in a world of 100–300 SaaS tools, AI agents, and rising governance pressure?I focus on three themes:OS for Work: Governance‑first AI orchestration layers that translate human intent into coordinated action across tools, models, and workflows—with clear unit economics (e.g, Commercial Actions, 60–65% margins).Human Agency Moat: Systems that extend people rather than replace them, using an outside‑in execution model—prove value in real workflows first, consolidate and optimize later.Ecosystem & Capital Strategy: Cross‑sector perspectives that help leaders navigate AI adoption, regulation, and new business models, informed by my director role at Cardiff Associates, a group that partners with a diverse portfolio of companies across infrastructure, technology, and services to build resilient, future‑proof organizations.Today I split my time between:Strategic development and research at the Center for the Future of Organization (CFFO), working with global executives on AI‑enabled organizational design and ecosystem capabilities.Independent advisory work, including my director role at Cardiff Associates, where I support strategy and innovation for financial‑services and fintech portfolios.Developing and pressure‑testing a governance‑first Operating System for Work thesis with founders, boards, and investors.I care most about loyalty, trust, and the human side of autonomy. I’m based near Washington, DC and open to remote or Boston‑based work.
