About Chad Wachter
I’m an entrepreneur and real estate developer based in Bismarck, North Dakota, with more than 30 years of experience in development, brokerage, construction, and hospitality. I serve as the president of Investcore, Inc, a diversified company involved in real estate development, residential and commercial construction, and restaurant and hotel operations.My primary focus is real estate development, with projects ranging from single-family and multi-family housing to commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments. Over the course of my career, I’ve developed nearly acres throughout Bismarck and Burleigh County. One of my most ambitious projects is Silver Ranch, a 1,920-acre master-planned community in northeast Bismarck that is expected to add approximately $1.8 billion to the city’s tax base over the next 25 years.I’m the managing broker of Trademark Realty in Bismarck and hold real estate broker licenses in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota. I also lead Triton Homes, which has built close to homes in Bismarck over the last three decades.In the hospitality sector, I own and operate the Hotel Donaldson in Fargo and the Blarney Stone Pubs located in Bismarck, Fargo, West Fargo, and Sioux Falls. I also own the iconic Big Boy Drive-Thru in Bismarck.Continuing a family legacy of over 100 years in real estate development, I remain committed to strengthening our community.
