Single Subject Amendment is a Super PAC which registered with the Federal Elections Commission on March 1, 2013. Our nonprofit 527 organization was formed to promote and effectuate the adoption of an amendment to the United States Constitution. The amendment will read: Congress shall pass no bill and no bill shall become law which embraces more than one subject, that subject to be clearly expressed in the bill\'s title. 41 of 50 states have a single subject-title provision in their state constitution but this provision, applicable to Congress, is missing in the United States Constitution.
