   Deployed Fiserv DNA Products into a state of the art data center in Johns Creek, GA. The deployment plans were developed for onboarding of new Fiserv Hosted DNA Financial Institutions. Pioneered the methods of deployment into Johns Creek data center per the data center and architectural standards to meet the contracted Go Live dates for the initial six FIs. Led the effort to then establish Business As Usual (BAU) process documentation and MS project templates for the cross enterprise build processes for the common core of DNA products and deployments in the new data centers. This is for the subsequent guidance of many cross enterprise functional teams to build out the hosted DNA solutions in the new data centers. Currently leading the build out and test of the integrated DNA solution of the largest DNA footprint FI for Fiserv in their Cherry Hill data center to migrate their hosting to Johns Creek. This is for the subsequent FI merger and buildout effort to be done in Johns Creek. Initial build to migration expected to complete within five months of start including 11 application service providers for Online Banking (OLB), ATM/Debit Processing, Account Origination, Loan Origination, Collections, Telephone Banking, Account Transfers, Item Processing, Shared Branching and all necessary Batch Job operations and File Transfers. I have performed as the primary client interface since inception with three additional PMs as well as the technical delivery teams. During this position I have had to provide technical leadership and documentation to fill the gap between architecture and individual FI onboarding in a shared environment. This includes Visio infrastructure diagrams and automation with Microsoft 365 components - SharePoint lists and database logic to define and drive workflow. I have provided 1) initial solutioning for connectivity to/from the data center, FIs and application service providers, DMZ components (Apigee and F5 proxies), load balancers, and DNA apps
