W. Aaron Montaño Searles is the President of LMC Enterprises Consulting, an Arizona-based, minority-owned business founded in 2008. He has over fourteen-years’ experience providing leadership for community initiatives. The company offers specialized services to local small businesses and other organizations in business development, project management, financial management and advocacy. Mr. Searles has extensive hands-on experience working with small businesses and community organizations in pursuing their goals for organizational development, including business planning, marketing, financial planning, branding, community outreach and government relations.Mr. Searles is a native Arizonan with deep community roots and a long history of successful leadership experiences. As a native Arizonan, he is very knowledgeable and familiar with the local community and business landscape, its history and trends. He understands the unique needs and cutting-edge opportunities in Arizona communities. He has established an extensive network of business and community contacts that strengthen his business acumen and his ability to assist other businesses. Prior to establishing his businesses, he worked in diverse professional positions in community development and government, all of which contribute to his ability to be successful in the business arena.Mr. Searles’ community commitment extends to community service. A former president of the Chavez Youth & Community Foundation, he has distinguished experience serving on a broad range of community-based organizations in an effort to give back to his community. These include: Phoenix Symphony Board of Overseers, Diversity Committee Chairperson, YMCA Reach and Rise Strategic & Financial Sustainability Committee and the Valley of the Sun Association of Education for Young Children as Vice President of Policy and Advocacy.
