My role involves: Global Compliance: Implementing and managing responsible sourcing and supply chain security policies to ensure adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements across diverse markets. Sustainable Supply Chain: Developing and executing strategies to enhance the sustainability of our supply chain, and ensuring adherence to the alphabet soup of regulations,(CSRD, CSSDD, EU Deforestation, Conflict Minerals, SEC, UFLPA, etc. et. al.) 🤝 Supplier Engagement: Collaborating with suppliers to drive responsible business practices, conducting audits, and fostering long-term partnerships based on transparency and ethical conduct. Data Analysis: Utilizing data-driven insights to evaluate supplier performance, track compliance metrics, and identify areas for continuous improvement in responsible sourcing practices. Risk Management: Proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks related to responsible sourcing, including human rights issues, environmental impact, and ethical considerations. Stakeholder Communication: Communicating responsible sourcing initiatives internally and externally, engaging with stakeholders to build awareness and garner support for sustainable practices.
