ABOUT VYSHNAVI K.
In April 2022, I defended my dissertation and received my Ph.D at Northeastern University, in Chemical Engineering. I have research experience with Python, Matlab, LAMMPS, NAMD, and GROMACS using all-atom (OPLS, CHARMM) and coarse grained (MARTINI) forcefields and enhanced sampling techniques like umbrella sampling and potential of mean force. I also have some applied experience with AutoCAD.
