Preparing & leading the Annual Operating Plan /Budget and forecast process. Analysing and reporting on business performance by means of: Monthly performance, AOP, product/market/function/customer/integral profitability, quarterly forecasting, strategic planning, cost control, target setting / remuneration, pricing/margin analysis, etc. Assisting Business Integrators to develop forward looking analysis/ business projection by integrating historical data and market specific information - AOP, RoFo, business case, cash flows, strategic planning, target setting etc. Performing forward-looking ad-hoc analysis, such as project & strategy evaluation, benchmarking, Price/Volume mix, scenario analysis, etc. Providing guidance to financial and non-financial stakeholders on FP & A related matters and provide training on new reports, analytics, reporting/ planning instructions, tools, changes, etc. Actively participating in the target setting process for business by developing and reviewing cost guidance and financial targets for BGs/ Markets/ Functions/ Innovation (as applicable) Building an internal network with Business, Market and Function Heads of Finance, other FP & A and Finance pillars, other functions and the E2E community Ensuring quality, accuracy and integrity of information stored in our systems, enabling a single source of truth.
