Improve the company-wide SaaS process and procedures in closing out an account by: o Researching lost accounts (TCV:$3.8 million) to determine the root cause of cancellation on Salesforce o Brainstorming 20+ improved cancellation reasons to promote clarity & conciseness in current reasons and lower overall cancellation rates o Creating 20+ pivot tables to aid with data organization while analyzing multiple reports presented to executive management o Meeting with executive management to gather knowledge on proper mitigation tactics for issues that arise when onboarding new clients Assist Channel and Enterprise Project Managers with opportunities by: o Managing an Excel Spreadsheet to keep track of 10+ active Site Visits at a time to schedule client installation appointments through Salesforce while following required procedures and timelines o Attending weekly team meetings to ensure everyone is in concurrence with the daily funded and porting data o Shadowing PMs to gain more insight on how to ensure deals fund smoothly and how to mitigate issues while utilizing Agile methods to encourage efficiency
