Supports the architecture definition phase, as well as driving productization of performance, power, and thermal management features post silicon - working closely with Architecture, SoC Development, Software, Systems EE teams, Platform, ATE, PEO, FT and Silicon Validation teams. • Partners with Fellows, Architects and Technical leaders to help set direction for programs by determining and balancing the technical need vs business impact of project/program decisions and operates within the guardrails. Creates/tracks/adjusts the program schedule. • Establish program management structure, issue and status reporting process and protocols, and drive focused post-si execution of GFX/ DCN/ VCN/ Hubs/ PCIE/ IOHC/ IOAPIC/ SysHub IPs - pull information together and bring visibility to multi-functional partners and executive management, highlight dependencies and risks, establishing appropriate \"call for action\". • Drive the “fast simulation” of critical IPs in order to “shift left” software / FW development ahead of SoC arrival. Align the SoC/Platform/FW/SW roadmaps, and ensure strategic silicon and lead cross-functional teams for performance, power demand and delivery, and thermal management initiatives from architecture concept to product.
