Overseeing the overall demand planning, Forecast/Foreseen order phasing, Production Planning and control and ascertaining timely accomplishment of production target within time,quality and cost parameters. • Liaising with Sales & Marketing, Operations, SCM, Vendor Sourcing, Engineering and Finance Depts. For demand forecasting & capacity planning. • To handle & distribution of In-house & outsource materials according to the machining operation for meeting the monthly sales target. • Prepared monthly/Weekly machine loading, Heat Treatment, Shot Blasting Plan. • Vendor Monitoring & controlling- Regularly follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials, current status of our product. Solve document/technical issues. • Keep track of daily production and analyze its effect on next month\'s production plan. • Taking part in inter departmental meetings and extending support on behalf of the planning department. • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to strengthen the supply chain. • Manage actual v/s planned production targets. Utilize the ERP system to create accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) and ensure error-free planning. • Handling master production meetings and sales & operation Meetings with all departments.
