I currently work as a Senior Analyst in the Structured Finance – CLO Risk & Compliance team at Wipro’s Blackstone Center of Excellence (COE), supporting one of the world’s leading alternative asset managers. My role focuses on monitoring CLO portfolios, analyzing collateral performance, tracking key portfolio metrics, and supporting risk and compliance functions across structured credit transactions. I work closely with global teams to ensure data accuracy, covenant compliance, and portfolio-level risk reporting while contributing to process improvements and analytical initiatives within the platform.Through this role, I am deepening my expertise in structured credit, CLO portfolio analytics, risk monitoring, and cash flow dynamics, with a strong focus on developing advanced analytical skills in structured finance.Previously, I worked with the Deloitte Central Houston office specializing in Tax Securitization services, where I contributed to CLO and ABS engagements through fund accounting, income analysis, and tax reporting. I prepared tax financial statements and PFIC income calculations for structured products and supported over 150+ client deliverables, working directly with trustee banks and clients.During my time at Deloitte, I gained extensive exposure to CLO structures, offering circulars, indentures, waterfalls, and collateral reporting, and participated in restructuring and refinancing analyses. I delivered over client service hours, contributing to complex structured finance engagements and developing a strong foundation in securitization markets.
