Lead the sorority’s professional development strategy, designing and delivering career-focused programming for active members and prospective new members across all engineering disciplines. Plan, budget, and execute guest-speaker panels, technical workshops, and networking nights—securing industry leaders and alumnae to share insights on career paths, graduate school, and work–life balance in STEM. Partner with the Membership Coordinator to host tailored events for potential new members (PNMs) that highlight AΩE’s commitment to ethics, leadership, and diversity in engineering. Manage the chapter’s scholarship initiatives: curate academic resources, track member GPA milestones, and coordinate study-hall schedules and tutoring matches to foster scholastic excellence. Collaborate with Public Relations and Equity & Inclusion chairs to promote events, amplify women’s voices in STEM, and expand professional networks through campus programs such as Women in Engineering and Equity & Inclusion in Engineering.
