Following a 38 year career in the legal industry in various roles which included Finance; IT; Facilities; Human Resources; and overall Firm Administration it’s now my turn to give back to the NEXTGEN Legal Administrators. What I’ve learned over the years is that there is no playbook for Law Firm Administration. No two firms are the same, nor do they approach challenges the same. Everyone needs a Champion/Mentor Believe in the old adage – “People are your most important asset” “True leaders don’t create more followers – they create more leaders.”“Learn something new every day.” “Be the Change” “Pay it Forward.”My goal as a Consultant is to give back to the legal community and share what I have learned over the years; help our NEXTGEN Administrators cut through the red tape and provide a roadmap to a successful future; and demonstrate to those interested in a legal career that opportunities abound.
