My career has been built at the intersection of HR leadership and operational excellence, with a strong focus on aligning people, processes, and culture to business outcomes.Currently serving as the Head – People & Organization Partner for a Biosimilar Manufacturing and Global Quality function, I lead the HR strategy for a large, multi-functional workforce. I partner closely with senior leadership to shape organizational design, drive talent development, support workforce transformation, and enable a high-performance culture in a fast-paced, regulated environment.Previously, as the Lead HR Business Partner for the Biologics Unit, I was responsible for end-to-end HR business partnering, strategic workforce planning, leadership capability building, and implementation of talent management frameworks. I played a key role in leading cultural integration and change management initiatives during phases of rapid organizational scale-up.In my earlier role as Site HR Head – FTO 2, I managed all aspects of HR for a complex manufacturing setup, including compliance with labor and employment laws, employee relations, union negotiations, and operational HR execution.
