A seasoned professional with over 26 years of experience in geosciences, hydrogeology, and environmental management. As the COO and Co-Founder of Urdhvam Environmental Technologies Pvt. Ltd, has spearheaded innovative solutions in groundwater management, including the patented BoreCharger Technology. Expertise spans in groundwater assessment, aquifer mapping, water harvesting, watershed development, management & Assessment, water audits, hydrogeological studies, and groundwater data analytics. Holds a Master\'s degree in Tropical Hydrogeology from Eberhard Karls University Tübingen, Germany, and a M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Pune. Has extensive career includes roles such as Project Manager at Chordia Technologies Pvt.Ltd, Senior Research Fellow at ACWADAM, Business Head at Punekar Educational Initiatives, and various academic positions at Sinhgad College of Science, Pune. Has managed numerous projects focused on sustainable water management, soil-moisture rejuvenation, and rainwater harvesting. His skills in GIS, remote sensing, and groundwater modeling have been instrumental in driving impactful environmental solutions. Has published several research papers in peer reviewed Geology journals, conferences and actively participates in professional organizations such as the International Association of Hydrogeologists (IAH) India Chapter and the Indian Society of Remote Sensing (ISRS). Vinit\'s dedication to education and community engagement is evident through his involvement in training programs and workshops. He also holds an honorary Professor of Practice at School of Earth and Environmental Science, Kaviyatri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University Jalgaon.
