About Varit Vichathorn
Currently doControl() at 1X Technologies.My role as a Robotic Engineer at Hyundai America Technical Center Inc (HATCI), New Horizons Studio involved the development of an innovative mobility vehicles and advanced robotic suspension systems. Using C++, Python, and ROS 2, I work with teams to turn ideas into reality. Docker and GitHub help me keep development smooth and organized.I got my Master’s in Robotics from UCLA, where I worked on wall-climbing robots at the Robotics and Mechanisms Laboratory (RoMeLa). At HATCI, one of my proudest achievements was deploying a quadruped robot in the Andes Mountains. It was a tough but rewarding project that gave us valuable R&D data.I\'m passionate about robotics, controls, and navigation. I aim to create user-friendly and safe solutions for challenging environments.
